Awesomely BAD!

Ive been using this app for over a year -- end of 2016 now. I would gladly NOT use it but I have no choice because of my employer who purchased their surveillance system w/o doing a good research. So now were stuck! So my advice to you -- stay away from this company!

So whats my beef? I seriously dont care about all the "cool" features they mention in the description. All I care about is being able to see the live feed from our security cameras. And make it reliable. That is it!

So what does this app do? Every time I start it up the view freezes for a few seconds. Sometimes it comes back, sometimes it does not. So I have to force quit this app and restart it and only then it shows the live feed.

Now, the most frustrating bug. Why? Seriously, why would you not have an option to disable my iPad from going dark (or going into screen saving mode) when Im viewing the live feed? I mean how brain dead your developers are not to realize it!? I usually put my iPad on a desk to watch whats going on in the building but then I have to constantly touch the screen to make sure that this stupid app doesnt go to sleep. Very frustrating!

I contacted their tech support about a year ago and reported it as a bug. So what did they do? They said, aha. And did absolutely nothing!!!
