It is bad. Very BAD.

Im a dealer/reseller/installer and for the last few months I had so many Exacq related service calls its not funny anymore. Being a big fan of the company since 2009, Ive been forced by several clients to start looking for an alternative to Exacq VMS. Problems that my clients spotted so far: 1) app loses connection settings / user name& password setting without good reason. 2) unresponsive buttons - one have to close it completely so it doesnt run in background and reopen again (which sometimes results in 1.) 3) cant connect to older WebService servers - even after WebService upgrade doesnt work properly until main Exacq server is updated as well. 4) GUI and functionality of the Exacq mobile 2 was much more user friendly - I didnt get that much calls with questions on how to set it up. Whats even worse is that the tech support became a lot less responsive and helpful lately. Too bad there is no way to leave 0 stars. Im hoping someone from Exacq will read this...

Does not work!

Save your space on your phone! It does not work, and every time they get it working, another update comes and you have to reset your username and password to only find it doesnt work again! Fed up!

Bad real bad

This was a good app until the update came along. Stay away!!

Horrible App

Was good at one time, until they started "fixing" it last year. Im looking for another app. Dont waste your money. Rating should be negative stars.

Dont Do it!

A step backward. If you currently are using ver2 do not upgrade. Very bad. Not what you expect from the guys at exacqVision. Please put ver2 back as a option. PLEASE!

Love the new UI layout. Nice multi-camera search!

Broken again. Beware

Again I have a useless app that will continuously refuse to let me watch the cameras. Whats going on guys. Get your act together.

iOS version very unreliable.

When it works - is great. Yet doesnt store user credentials, requires constant changes in desktop version for iphone/iPad to work. No customer support.

Unbelievable. Did they even test this app? It certainly does rhyme with crap. I had the older one and it usually worked. Not terrific but it worked. But this waste of time is a wreastie piece of crap. Even the flies wouldnt land on it. Please dont waste your time as I did. Amazing that Exacq is missing the boat where their competition like Milestone cares to actually make a functional app and then put their name on it!

Update broke viewing on ios 7

Until new version no work as now after upgrade on ios 7 it never connects to view

I love Exacq, but I hate this app.

Fails to connect, crashes, randomly logs you out while watching. Its actually more convenient to login to the web interface. This app is horrible.

New UI is a step backward

The controls take up a lot of screen real estate, especially on an iPhone. Please lose the big blue bar and bring back the disappearing controls, or provide a full-screen mode with just the video. Update, version 3.10.2.71654: Mostly OK, when it works. It seems less tolerant of a slow connection than it was before -- it frequently drops and restarts the connection, requiring all the windows to be reloaded. This might be an interaction with iOS 8.1.2; I didnt observe this with 7.1 (but then, I was running a different ExacqMobile version also).

New update causes problems

Now the iPhone app hardly works! I can barely get it to pull up one camera at a time and most buttons do not work at all. It was fine before the last update. Please help!!!

Works Great but Id like more features!

The app is responsive and works like it is supposed to but is missing some of the features found on the desktop client application. For example if the app had PTZ speed control and PTZ preset tour options Id give this a 4 or 5 star rating. If Exacq is reading this I believe these features would be very helpful and useful!

Broken + Missing core features

App is broken in the latest update. Zoom no longer works once panning around and seems to break the app completely. Also, app is long in need of audio support as well as POS support.

Version 3 ,4, 5 the worse ever- garbage

Well, how many times this company can screwup this software? Shame there are there bunch of zeros that can not develop an app. if you thought to upgrade to version 4 forget about it. Screen freeze, very very slow app,You wont be able to use anymore cell connection but only WiFi and it is still slow. It is harder to navigate. dont upgrade !!! Version 5 to 7 is garbage. Are the losers going to fix it ever?

App Updated June 15 Does not Account for DST

June 15 update looks like it does not account for daylight savings time when displayed on a mobile device. I am on EDT and although my sever and its monitor both display DST at the moment, the time displayed on the app is 1 hour behind.

Not as good as the web interface

I feel its easier and more reliable to use safari to launch a web browser to my cameras. It doesnt remember the cameras or views Ive chosen between session, it often has trouble logging into the cameras, and has a clunky interface.

App Broken - YET Again

Come on - your app is not working yet again. Change views & it hangs or resets? Do you not test your own application with your own regular or enterprise versions of ExacQ server or web service? Please test internally first; then release updates after you fix (not break) them. When is this version going to be updated/fixed?
