Im a dealer/reseller/installer and for the last few months I had so many Exacq related service calls its not funny anymore. Being a big fan of the company since 2009, Ive been forced by several clients to start looking for an alternative to Exacq VMS. Problems that my clients spotted so far: 1) app loses connection settings / user name& password setting without good reason. 2) unresponsive buttons - one have to close it completely so it doesnt run in background and reopen again (which sometimes results in 1.) 3) cant connect to older WebService servers - even after WebService upgrade doesnt work properly until main Exacq server is updated as well. 4) GUI and functionality of the Exacq mobile 2 was much more user friendly - I didnt get that much calls with questions on how to set it up. Whats even worse is that the tech support became a lot less responsive and helpful lately. Too bad there is no way to leave 0 stars. Im hoping someone from Exacq will read this...
