8.x no cameras visible on iPad Pro

No cameras visible after the 8.x update on my iPad Pro. Still works fine on older version on my phone.

Dont update

Cant see cameras on this update, will now use my iPad to look for a replacement company. Nothing Exacq about this update. Only reason I gave 1 star is because it wont let me leave no star.

Broken app

This app used to work fine (granted it had some minor annoyances/bugs) but now its a pile of junk, doesnt work at all. Keeps saying web service configuration error, version check failed. What? Is this some kind of built in feature to force users to pay for maintenance if they havent been and upgrade? Everything was working fine until they "fixed it". Please put it back the way it was.

HORRIBLE

This was a great app..now it crashes all the time, freezes, and boots me out.

No longer works :(

All the camera views are missing from this update- please fix. We rely on this application for work & home.

Cant find servers via IP or DNS names. JUNK!!!

Do not update

Cannot view cameras. QA fail. Update: 8.0.2 fixed above problem and its working fairly well. A few times it has stopped responding to touch. Can clear that by holding down and selecting full screen.

Update Fail!

Unable to keep from crashing and cannot see my cameras. Does not acquire the feed.

Connectivity issue

Works one minute then you spend hours receiving login failed error after it was just working for you. Useless app.

iOS 10

Does not let you select anything in iOS 10 or the recent update.

Used to be Great App

Update Oct 2016 You guys manage to fix one thing and break two! So frustrated. Im glad I havent purchased any more of your products. But still stuck with a dozen of them and would like the remote app to be fully functional and bug free!!!!!? Update: Sept 2016 Another new release without fully testing. Now there are no views available. I have a dozen servers. Same thing on all of them. How is it possible to miss this before its released? I sure wish Exacq was the company it was before they were sold off. I used to only install Exacq exclusively. Now you couldnt pay me to install one!!! Update in app. 03-15-16 Another screw up. I now have dozens of units that cant be accessed by the app. In my iPhone 6s or new iPad Mini the app doesnt retain password. So for each unit I have to add username and password every time! Im at a point now if looking for another server mfr. ever since Exacq sold out it has gone down hill! 2015 We install a lot of Exacq servers. Major issues with new update and ridiculously long hold times for tech support. When this happen to us its for dozens of units and I have a lot of unhappy customers. For the cost of the NVRs and licenses completely unacceptable!!!

Awesomely BAD!

Ive been using this app for over a year -- end of 2016 now. I would gladly NOT use it but I have no choice because of my employer who purchased their surveillance system w/o doing a good research. So now were stuck! So my advice to you -- stay away from this company! So whats my beef? I seriously dont care about all the "cool" features they mention in the description. All I care about is being able to see the live feed from our security cameras. And make it reliable. That is it! So what does this app do? Every time I start it up the view freezes for a few seconds. Sometimes it comes back, sometimes it does not. So I have to force quit this app and restart it and only then it shows the live feed. Now, the most frustrating bug. Why? Seriously, why would you not have an option to disable my iPad from going dark (or going into screen saving mode) when Im viewing the live feed? I mean how brain dead your developers are not to realize it!? I usually put my iPad on a desk to watch whats going on in the building but then I have to constantly touch the screen to make sure that this stupid app doesnt go to sleep. Very frustrating! I contacted their tech support about a year ago and reported it as a bug. So what did they do? They said, aha. And did absolutely nothing!!!

Login Failure

Login fails unless server is updated. As users control their own updates, this situation can cause unnecessary downtime for users and a reactionary situation for IT depts--not a good practice, Exacq.

UI

The UI is worse now. Please give us a way to click on a server to pull up a camera list.

Destroyed a good app

It was a great app until two updates ago. It sits forever I guess trying to connect. Thought was our server in need of an update. Wrong! Updated the server, nothing. Cannot even connect to the Exacq demo servers. I used the app mostly to demo the product to prospective customers. Won many jobs that way. Cant demo the product now. Not good.

Disappointed

This app is now ridiculous to use. I purchase this VMS partially based on the ability to view through this app. Now I wished I had gone with another product.

What happened!?

This used to be one of my favorite apps and we would recommend it to our clients. The last few releases have been terrible! I cant imagine what you were thinking releasing this. You have taken several steps backwards.
